Children’s Parties
The Main Hall may be hired for Children’s parties (up to 8 years), on Saturdays, for a four-hour period between 1.00pm and 5.00pm, at a set rate of £50.00, which includes the use of kitchen facilities.
18th and 21st Birthday Parties
Hire for 18th and 21st birthday parties will only be considered if they are to be family occasions, and to be appropriately supervised. The Centre will require details of those who are to supervise the event, at the time of booking. The Centre may require a higher Bond than shown in the published schedule of rates.
Bar Facilities
The Centre does not hold a licence to sell alcohol. Where require an administration of charge of £5 will apply for the arrangement of a Mobile Bar facility. The cost of the Mobile Bar is to be met separately by the hirer. Note – The Centre does not provide drinking glasses.
Room Capacities
Main Hall 120 people Small Hall 50 people maximum, seated for meetings. (This room is unsuitable as a sole room for parties.) Both Halls (Combined Booking) 150 people
Storage
The Centre can provide limited storage space via cupboards in the Kitchen and the dedicated Storage Room. Please discuss with Centre Staff regarding availability / hire rates.
